70 SuperBee
many years ago I bought a prostreet superbee, it was the only one available at the time so I got it even though I wanted an ordinary street car, so I also got 69 charger and swapped the chassis etc, the charger got built but the superbee remained in the box, then a street version was released so that was purchased and built and now I have a box of bits that I have decided to build as a custom, as well as the parts from the two kits I have been through my spares box and come up with several bits and pieces and I have also borrowed some ideas from the guys here to make some mods to the bodywork.
the first subtle custom is a blown Hemi, the bugcatcher hasnt been painted yet cos I haven't decided if its guna be chrome or body color
this pic shows some of the body mods, new front panel (no idea what its from) new vents in the quarterpanels and the quarterpanels have been widened just the way DeeCee showed in one of his builds, the bonnet has had a few scoops added and still needs the hole cut in the centre to let the engine out but I will do that when im sure I know where to make the hole
last pic is a mockup with the grille inserts (hidden headlights) and Ferrari wheels ( left over from a kit the dog ate)

Re: 70 SuperBee
Good to see you were paying attention... This will be one tough build mate,
i would do the scoop body color myself. That front panel looks like a cross between a GTO and a Cougar???
I like it all so far mate..

Re: 70 SuperBee
Looking great DV8, although the front end is mash up of other bits it still looks like it was a Mopar design, looks a lot like the 71 -74 Chargers
