Re: Kinser Sprinter
Yes tezza its a kit 1:24 scale. Its also a revell-monogram kit, kit number 85-2391. I have another sprinter chassis and running gear that i wanna turn into something different. Not happy with the spray job on this one as it was still soft when i pulled it off the hanger and now has my big arse finger print in the roll cage.

Re: Kinser Sprinter
You're a man after my own heart. Its my own personal favorite form of racing car too, whats not to like?? I've got one or two (or seven more) to do myself.
For anyone who's keen, the only way to get these kits now, short of pot luck, is from ebay. Got my last four from the states as they're cheaper than from here even when you factor in shipping and exchange rates. Thats the US ebay, not ours, ours is sooo expensive for these kits, most of the time anyway.
Anyway, got anymore Oz??

Re: Kinser Sprinter
I've only got one more but the chassis is all broken and twisted so i've decided that im gonna do something from way way way left field with it. if anyone read last month's street machine they would have seen the mud drag races in there. Thats what im gonna do with it. I wish i had some more bear but like you said there like rocking horse shit these days.

You should try Sherriffs Mini Cars at Parramatta. They have like 4-5 Sprint car kits.OZBUILDER wrote:I've only got one more but the chassis is all broken and twisted so i've decided that im gonna do something from way way way left field with it. if anyone read last month's street machine they would have seen the mud drag races in there. Re: Kinser Sprinter
Thanks guys but i dont see mine being that good but i'll give it a shot. There's many tools i need to get before i get really serious about my builds. Each build is better then the last just gotta try and remember im only 29 and haven't been doing it all that long.

Re: Kinser Sprinter
Yeah i know bear but i pressure myself too much. With experience comes knowledge. The other bad habit i have is rushing things, like handling painted parts before there nowhere near dry yet. I know one day i'll get to the top quality show winning jaw dropping builds, im just impatiant.
