MODEL EXPO PICS
Hi all, here are some of the model car entries and displays at Model Expo today. It's a huge show with more models entered than previous years, and more traders present. We have a small club display area near the Koolkits stand. The show runs all weekend and Monday has a big model kit Swap and Sell from 10am. Location is the Sandown Racecourse Exhibition Room under the main grandstand, Springvale (Melbourne), Victoria.
There are many photos here but the best is left until last??? Enjoy.

Re: MODEL EXPO PICS
Thanks for the pics.
That 37 Chev is neat. I have that kit and I have never really liked it but the changes to that one make it look great.
I never had a nurse who looked like that look after me blast.

Re: MODEL EXPO PICS
I ducked into Expo this morning for the Swap and to check out the show, Well this year they moved the swap meet upstairs which IMHO was really a step backwards as it was Dark and Smelly (Some guys obviously don't wash LOL) and it also seemed like there were less tables and there was definitely less Car stuff to be had this year.
But all up I still managed to score some bargains for about the price $$ of 1 "NEW" kit
here's some pics....,,,
more pix to come

Re: MODEL EXPO PICS
It strikes me that if you've gone to the lengths some of these builders have then surely it wouldn't be too much trouble to print up a description in some fancy font rather than have a handwritten one sticky taped down detracting from the model.

Re: MODEL EXPO PICS
True.

Re: MODEL EXPO PICS
Here are some more Expo pics. The first one is a paper-card model, not plastic. The workmanship in these card models is amazing. All the others are plastic.
