New project.
Well the search is over for the next project in the Keys house hold. Got the latest issue from New Zealand rodder in the mail Thursday and the wife saw this and decided it was time i built her a rod, just like my better half not to make it easy on me.
I will be starting small for the time being as in building her the Lindberg Smoothster kit and in the mean time be on the look out for the bits we need. I know of one that is for sale in NZ so may be making a trip over there later in the year.
So as they say life is never dull. And it looks like i will never be finished either.

Go on John - your wife is worth every cent of it. If I know you, it will be the best custom car in Aus. Keep us posted.

Re: New project.
I have already spoken to the bloke who built it and he is going to send me all the info on who makes the body and what mods he made. So at the moment it is in the planing stages. I guess with the boss's OK it may happen sooner rather than later.

Looks like it will be a great build. I am not a big fan of the modern hot rod but I must say I do like this one.
I say go for it I have always wanted a hot rod.

Re: New project.
Well it looks like this will be on the back burner for a little while longer. the boss has decided it is some thing for further down the track. Ah well leaves me more time for mine i guess.
We had bought the body and frame but have since sold that to a fella in tassie.

Na the body and frame will be fine. It is complete cars that are the issue.
