51 chevy
I wanted it to look like the roofs been sanded back to bare metal with grinding disks, still have to clear it. Also gonna go hot six insted of a belly buton (sbc cause everyone has one) . On the white will be some faded (as in aged) scallops, not too sure about wheels and tyres yet tho probably old school looking.

Re: 51 chevy
Nice old clunker. Like Bryce says make sure it sits low. Standard steel wheels with chrome trims would suit this baby I reckon?

The roof is awesome. Good work.
You sure you didn't fit a metal one?

Re: 51 chevy
I say no spat's , since it's got the aged and being worked on look I think the spats would be one of the first things to be lost/taken off .

umm thanks guys. While I really respect carps knowledge and opinion on cars of this style ,I dont actually like them and think they detract from the lines of the paint. #$#*#*^$#()()
Re: 51 chevy
Leave the spats off............personally I don't think they suit anything with a forward rake, drop the ass to the pavement and they will look sweet though
well your obviously not trying hard enough

HELP! What did you do Paul ? I've just modified stock suspension as much as phisically possible. Didnt really want to channel it at this stage
Re: 51 chevy
well I ended up sectioning the interior a little, pretty happy with where it is now
as you can see I still have to age this side of the car , no motor or box in at the moment
