Chevrolet Fleetside Pick Up 1964
G'day again,
I've been following the works of chip foose from overhaulin' series for
quite a while now.
Here's another completed model which was inspired by his design.
This is a revell's 64' chevy fleetside, painted with black and brilliant
orange from tamiya. I lowered the ride heights and changed the wheels
to 23" Holli's from pegasus hobbies. Other addition is the engine
wires.
Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.
Regards

Nice work again Krish! I have loved seeing your work on this and other sites. Your builds are so clean and always seem to be so spot on for the model subject. Do you ever stuff any up??

Big thanks for all the comments. Actually I started this kit building hobby since I was 4 or 5 years old and it went on until my early 20's. I stopped for five years since I had to go to another city to study and for those years I've tried to find other hobbies, which apparently didn't work because Kit building has been my passion.
I re-started this hobby again on October 2006 and for two years until October 2008, I've built 48 completed models. Then on november 2008, I had to move to australia to study master and at that point I thought that I would've stopped, but then again I was dead wrong.
I've bought and stuffed up more than 60 models since I've lived in Australia and didn't build a single one of them. When I got back to Indonesia last december, I brought 50 of them back home and have managed to built 37 of them in 9 weeks (which definitely was the craziest period of my life...!!!) before I got back to Perth last february. Therefore, all the completed models which you've seen and all others which you're about to see were built and completed between 7 december 2009 and 6 februay 2010, enough to keep posting new models on a weekly basis until september 2010.

I reckon I am not alone in this one - I got a cupboard full of kits (buying and not building has it's hazards)
can you give me some clues on how you build 37 kits in that time - unreal, congratulations on your focus, - I WISH I could match the intensity and skill.
