It all started in 1962 when my father bought the first E-type Jaguar in WA, so I built a 1/8 scale model of it as you do. Then a few years ago I found the guy who owns the car now and still races it, so I decided to build another model but as it is now with all it's mods and changes.(that's two) Trouble is while doing some detail research on the car I learned about one they called the "lightweight", this is basicly an E-type but all aluminium so of course I had to build one of these. (that's three) In order to escape all the accurate correctness of all these proper Jag's I thought I'd deviate a bit and build one slightly un PC, that is,V8 big wheels etc. (now that's four) Do you see where this is going and the inate problem with it? Anyhoo enoughdribble here is a link to some of my doings.

I'm liking work on the larger kits myself and think 1/8 will be my next logical step...
