1969 Plymouth Roadrunner Convertible Empty 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner Convertible

Post by iskandana Fri 01 Oct 2010, 1:49 am

Gday again,

Here's another Roadrunner that I have, this time is a 69 convertible from amt.
I built this model to resemble the actual car which was designed by Chip Foose in a tv show called "overhaulin' ".
The color is tamiya metallic blue and mica silver for the rally stripes.
I also added engine wires, changed the rims and lowered the ride heights.

Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.

Very good. I see it has the same lowering problems as the '70 Super Bee (well it is the same chassis). Namely that you can't drop it too far before something hits the deck.

Hi again,

I changed the wheels because I have to agree with everyone else that the previous set of wheels are too big and unrealistic.
