most if not all I've seen have the headlight pod body colour but I think it looks better silver, as you can see and I didn't notice till posting the pics a little repair is needed around one of the lights cause I didn't check the instructions and had to remove the pod for the glass to come in from the bottom 1st

No reflection on your work but that engine doesn't cut it for me. I'd probably glue the bonnet on.

That colour is hot - perfect for a sporty car like the 'vette. I don't mind the engine - modern cars all look like that now. There's just enough detail to satisfy IMO. Very nice looking model.

Thanks Tezza,Fred there's not enough engine to use anywhere else so it might as well go where its intended. Bonnet stays shut pretty goo by itself , no need to glue, had to pry off with a toothpick for final pics. Very Happy
