That's looking cool - did you design the chassis or are you using plans from another source?

its my own design, using the old chassis as a base to get al the placements right

I don't see why not , a lot of modern rods are using Jap front and rear ends to independent suspension and serious brakes . Who say's you have to follow the rules anyway , it's your design , have fun with it
