W.I.P Black Beast

Gday all i dont normally do this but trying something different.
This 1/18 scale torana started as a colin bond car,since then it was stripped and started painting it gloss black,still has to be flattened of again and some more coats to put on yet then clear it. Added a V8 supercar engine and a set of wheels from my parts box. the interior will stay standard.

Pissed of i had nearly ready to clear and dropped a door it hit the concrete oh well stripped door back start again

just an update for you all door is all better now has 6 coats of black on it now only 3 more to go then i can clear it all hopefully.

looking great mate, nice to see some wips of diecasts!!

a question about the stacks there, is there a flat valley cover under them, or do the flat parts that connect to the cylinder heads just go down to a 'V' shape?

Gday mate there actually on a manifold that will separate from the engine hope this helps.
