Old Peterbilt .
G,day , Years ago i restored a early amt peterbilt which took 12 years from day one to the finished truck . There was about 4-5 trucks brought to pinch bits and peices to make up one good truck . People asked what i did with the left over peices , well i built a truck that would do country and local work .
The truck was put together with the remainder of the good parts that were left , i didnt have any good bud wheels so i noticed a GMC astro in the wrecking yard so i stole the spider wheels and also took the hendrickson rear suspension . The astro had been built in the early 70's so it was not goin to come off the chassis easy , so i just cut the chassis of the pete and the astro and joined them together at the crossmember just in front of the front diff giving me a hendo suspension pete , the sleeper came from an old road boss kit i had laying around . Any way here's what she looks like .
