This is my interpretation of this nice AMT kit. Skull on bonnet is a fake tatt. I hope you like it.

Do you do anything special to put the temporary tattoo onto the paint work or just do the same as when you're putting them on skin ?

Love the look of these Riviera's - a real muscle car. This one looks great, and I'm also interested in how you applied the tatt?

The hardest part about applying tattoos is that they are translucent so your paint must not be too "dark" for the colours on the tattoo. I stuffed up the side of a combi van when I tried some tribal designs. The tattoos colours were too translucent and the effect was lost. When it stuffs up it can be a pain to remove, rubbing alcohol helps, but when it wirks it is awesome. You apply them as you would your skin but be careful because you cannot see how it is sitting and it can wrinkle up. If it does wrinkle then quickly use a wet brush to flatten it out. Practice, practice, practice. Other guys on this forum have dabbled with tattoos as well with awesome results. I have a 55/56 ford van with a warrior figure on the side, it looks fantastic. Check out Azteca warrior on page 17. I hope this helps.
