53 Ford Victoria

Waiting on some bits for the Aluma-T so thought I would bash out another model.

So here we have a 1953 Ford Victoria ...the box says ….



But im going in this direction – Body is painted 'Grape' purple with dark silver fade outs from the rear chrome and a silver fade effect thing on roof to break up all the Purple.




The old flathead has been replaced with a nice 396 and manual trans



Interior will be white with the black floor and purple dash




And it will have the traditional 50's 60's stance of dropped at the front and jacked at the back (my favorite stance). Also the white walls have gone and a nice set of chromes and slightly wider tyres
to finish


Still more to do but though I would give you a look.

Looks like it's headed in the right direction, the fade on the rear quarters works pretty well I reckon

Cheers everyone. Almost there ...had to change the sump and manifolds a bit to get it to fit and change to a dual exhaust from the standard single job. Also a little suprise to look forward to ...next update will be in the showroom.

Hey guys. Should have this finished tomorrow so look for it in the showroom

Got the big block in. Had to modify the sump and cross member and re angle the manifolds ...radiator will take some shoe horning in but otherwise should be a neat fit

Chassis is done. Its a one piece floor pan so blacked out the chassis , had to make a gearbox cross member , modified an old twin exhaust to fit and exit just behind the rear wheels. Dropped the front and lifted the back... just need to drop the body on and its done.



Should look good I recon ...wait and see hey!
