The Pink Panther

I didn’t really plan this build. I just wanted to play around with my new airbrush and experiment with some different painting techniques. Anyways, here’s the result. It’s a pretty basic kit – axle through the engine and screws through the kit. Makes it easy to lower though so it was a low-stress build. I made it curbside as there is bugger all detail in the engine bay anyway. Not a big fan of early 60s Fords and the front and rear of this one was plain fugly so I replaced the stock grill with some tube from my spares and the rear has the stock bumper turned upside down and some custom full width taillights. The lakes pipes are scratched from aluminium tube.
