I'm finished after 6 weeks of slow work here is my latest racing model, body mods include extra flared guards increased spoilers, filling in the lights, I also added sway bars, rear shocks, drop tank, and lowered the body, and added TPB wheels and 4 Weber’s on a custom manifold and headers then made a custom dash moved the battery (the roll cage came with the kit) and used Patto's decals from a 70 firebird and had ball doing this. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

These were really fast machines in their day - you've done it justice. It looks fantastic.

Nice work Yelgem - did these things actually race like this? Looks very tuff. Very good use of that kit too - it's rubbish in stock form.

Hi there
The webers came from the "The Parts Box" along with the wheels,I moded the manifold from bits laying around,as far as racing I don't know, they raced the earlier model which gave me the idea and yes it's a really poor kit no much fits and lots of filler, it was a cheapie from evil bay.

Great stuff! 6 weeks well spent on this one. Body mods look tops and the colour really suits it too. Cheers
