51 chevy modified short tracker

51 chevy i started this a while ago de-trimed it & drilled out the trim clip holes , hogged out the wheel wells. fitted a 57 chev chassis & a quick change diff. not sure on the motor yet i guess some sorta inliner maybe a jimmy have to see. maybe posting it will get me to finish it. any ideas guys throw them in . speedster.

as for ideas well a hopped up 6 banger would looks sweet and lots of weathering to set it all off!

Looking good, seems you have a serious dirt track streak.

I'm thinking it may need a little more clearance around the front tyres for steering, you wouldn't want to cut them up and risk losing the race. Also reckon the door handles, vent windows and windscreen centre post would have to go.

I'm with Paul on the hopped up six although the tyres suggest maybe a Big Block V8. I'd also be thinking this one might have a brushed on paint-job under all the mud.
