1950 OLDSMOBILE CUSTOM
Hi there all,
hot off the workbench is my GAS 12 attempt. 1950 Oldsmobile, with roof chopped, boot section dropped down into the rear guards a bit, rear fenders were
filled, and a body line added coz they looked huge, also added a body mold from the front guard to the bottom of the door out of styrene, then gold BMF.
Hood has been side hinged with a false cover under neath to hide the hinge work, also a flat hood lining to cover all the roof chop work.
Interior was done with felt, and scratch built door trims.
Paint is Cranberry acrylic over metalic grey on the upper half and over gold on the lower parts.
( in the sun)
Graphic has a light variation in the colours resulting from a light "lace job".
Wheels and whitewalls are off the Elvira 58 T-Bird kit and side pipes are from the spares box.
thanks for looking ,
