Another recent purchase , 1st ever Trumpeter kit and its goes together very nicely. Will be basically OTB with a little bit of detailing and reshaping including the surfboard. Colour is Ford Aqua . Wheels out of the Revell 32 ford kits.

Nice, looking good so far, is this the stocko kit or the one with the thunderbolt teardrop bonnet?

Yes its the custom kit with Thunderbolt bonnet tri carb tube grille and a few other bits. It goes together in a series of sub assemblies and all seems to fit very tightly . My first auto touch paint job so hopefully it will work out alright.

That is a nice colour. I have been thinking about picking one of these up but might wait for you to finish yours off to see how i goes together.
