Found this web link on the model cars forum which has photo's of every truck kit built . A couple of guys said that there's a couple missing but it's pretty cool .

Just checked out the AMT truck kits listed,Sadly the Ford Gar Wood Refuse truck was never released. It only got as far as a mock up box lid for promotion. There was an article I read about it and some other ones that were planned that did not happen.
