I'm not too scientific with it - I usually just tip some in a bucket of water and give it a stir. Don't breathe the vapours (it'll take your breath away) and wait a bit before you put the model in as the chemical reaction makes the water rather hot. I usually let it soak for a couple of days - by then the paint should be well and truly off, if not, tip a bit more in and go again.

Carps will look for parts and send to u if u want them,also have a body that u can have it al most mealted when me painted it,thinners was to hot.also if u look on page on of this build up u will see photo of dark green mini ute thats the way me built mine got to widen back window a bit.Bryce me will be going with ELO as it removes paint in 10 mins.have used it before,u can buy it at model railway shops.

sorry to say thanks paul ya its been a pain to build up but also fun.Carps me had found bits u were takeing about but me cut the bottom rear window frame out was going to use the rear on ute but it look funny so me changed it,if u wont the other mini body a are welcome to it.

Thanx Allan, but I have a bunch more than I can handle on the table at present.
Hang on to them bits tho coz ya never know when they'll come in handy, or when I might just land me a Mini kit to hot rod.

will be building a mini ute 6 wheeler tilt tray to carry ute,found photo in the mini experience magazine,a red one carrying a van,so me going to look at building it,sould look cool with the ute on the back.

Try using white primer next time. The grey is too dark for light colours.
