69 Dodge Charger 500

this is my version of the 69 Dodge Charger 500, its made from the old AMT Dukes of Hazzard kit, added a vew exta details inside and under the bonnet, Pegasus wheels and slightly lowered, its not a great kit and to get it low over those large wheels was not worth the effort required, i tried a decal for the stripes but it didnt look right so it was masked and painted, color is Holden's Hothouse green.

Love that colour and the stripe dv8...........very cool.
The Pegasus wheels are real nice too, I use them a lot myself. I've narrowed my fronts to get them under the front guards of a couple of builds, and even chopped down the top of the tyre to get the front end lower.

Nice job. Talk about making a silk purse from a pigs ear. This is what modelling is all about ... taking a crap kit, breathing life into it and producing one sweeeet ride. awesome job dude.
