Yea a Marilyn Manson song has inspired me to do this, I got tire'd of working on Fordzilla, so I'm taking a break and starting another one, I couldn't find a '65 Lincoln hardtop, well one that was cheep enough for me, soooooooooooo, I took the front clip off a '65 an mated it to a '64, VOLA! got what i was after, now this will be my version of the Lincoln, I will use all the Kustom stuff, slam it to the weeds, and other special goodies, it will be a Pearl Black with Black Cherry Red interior, I't will sport white walls I think, and some kewl wheels, here are some pics of the mating:

is that a resin body ?

Should look KILLA mate, the colour scheme will suit it spot on!

That should look awesome, I love the big Lincs

Nah Brother, I'ts the 1964 main body, and I took the 1965 Lincoln, 3 in 1, and cut the front clip off, then mated it to the main body of the '64, not only to use all the kustom stuff that comes in the '65, but because I wanted a hard top, and I couldn't find a '64, that was cheap enough for me to get, and I couldn't find a '65 hardtop, just the one that came with the wagon roof option, and I can do front flip's like no other, I did the clip like I was going to flip the front, now i'ts in primer, and mud, will post later today, thanx everyone...

Just checking wheel and tire combo, stance, an attude, looks ok to me, any suggestions? yes these will have the knock off's too, just looking at the picture, I think I can go lower, hmmmmmm?

I reckon that's about perfect height wise.
Any lower and you'll lose too much of the front tyre behind bodywork.
And it'll look lower in balck anyway...

Keep the rake ? or drop the rear?

The cars on bags or hydro. so you can put it in whatever position you like.

I like the rake personally

It's hard to tell with the light coloured plastic behind the wheels, but when something is that low I feel it should either be flat or a tail-dragger. So no to the rake.
However, I still liked if best before.
You going with those wheels? They're the custom rims from the '65 aren't they? They can look good if you paint the inner parts leaving the outer part & the knock offs chrome.

Wheel check, go or no go????

Personally I usually hate curved spoke wheels but I must admit those look perfect and work with that ride height.

I like them suit the theme of the build

Think I have it guys, next stop, another shot of primer then on to paint, just gotta figure out what engine now, 427, kit engine which is a 390, dunno yet, well anyway, here she sits now

OK, first off no I aint been sleeping, did some minor hood modification yep, some wont like it but you other's will, and you know who you are, I went with the Revell part's pac, 427, yep, with a med rise intake, going with a pair of 1250 dominators, so I had a lil fit issue with the hood, so I added a revers cowl hood scoop, no not to much, then went out, and made the front axle into pins, still a lil work to go on the hood, the interior, is not done yet, it will have black accents, well here are some shot's for ya:,
