Got a few more coats of green, and now has a clear too. Looks decent. :-D


Frame is coming along, just have to build the Hemi, sort out where it sits in relation to the wheels, hood and frame.
Then make the leading crossmember for the trans, then the front arms, then the cradle and I should be sweet to add the inner rails and bracing, as well as the exhaust tunnels.


That's my secret. lol
Just a small few blobs of super glue to line it all up, make it all flat underneath, glue it together, let it dry, then mount it to the rear section (I haven't got any graph paper to draw it down on, nor a decent flat block of wood to pin it all to.)

Being that the existing engine is mounted quite low - this should be interesting.

But the black wheels with the metal black lips look AWESOME.

My frame looks Dinky because I had to accommodate my huge front wheels. LOL

A lot of nice work going into this - love the colour and the black wheels ( black wheels always go faster ).

I only leave 10 minutes between coats with acrylics. 45 seems like a very long time.

Black stripe will go well with the black wheels mate, looks good, shelby mustang should go in the GAS shelby build maybe.?

That's why it was added DC. :-)
Was the Plan from the beginning.. but the original plan had it Purple.. and with a functional chassis.


Yeah, the Shelby Spoof is going in the GAS 15 Shelby Build-off.

I ain't gonna win.
But I guess I get a few imagination points for the primer patches, bummed stripes on the hood.. and making Shelby Decals for a Fastback for a Smaller scale Coupe. haha.

Just chop em out mate, or widen them inwards, i did that to one before, wasn't to hard at all. Just don't give up on it.

If I cut the guards out, then I have to re-glue the wheels, and that was annoying the first time... lol

Thats coming along tops, dont let fitment/stance issues bring you down, just yell at the model until it complies
