1968 Plymouth Road Runner Empty 1968 Plymouth Road Runner

Post by dv8v8 Sun 02 Jun 2013, 4:55 pm

this is AMT's 68 Road runner, done a few mods, wheels from a dodge viper, interior flock and pe speakers, spark plug wires and a bonnet scoop, found this to be an excellent kit, good detail and everything fits as it should, the only problem i had with this kit was me! i ended up painting it 3 times and even then managed to stuff up the clear coat but decided to leave it as is ( or it would end up spare parts!) at least its shiny!

I like how you've done the interior is that flocking? ive wanted to have ago at doing that for a while. I know what you mean about getting dust on the paint I spray all my models outside which is a pain as I don't have a spray booth but ive found wetting down the area first help's and I let them dry in the bathroom with the extractor fan on as it suck's up the dust
