'40 Ford coupe - Taildragger

Ok it's only taken six months, but it's done now LOL.
I've enjoyed the custom work on this, lets me be more creative.....
It's had a chop top, drip rails and belt line shaved, tail lights flushed, spats, fenders blended to the body and portholes in the bonnet sides. Also customized a pleated interior with a parcel shelf and a headliner and all door handles are scratch built too.
I had most fun working on the flathead, I love dressing these engines up.
I have to thank the bodgie for the hubcaps and the air cleaners, they really made this build, Thanks mate

I just think that maybe flat black doesn't do justice to the amount of work you've put into it?
Your build and your choice in the end though.

Fred, the flat (supposed to be satin:oops:) black was just something different from all the gloss jobs and you know how good your prep has to be if this was gloss black......

This one turned out pretty darn sweet TJ, I love it:greatwork:
