Scania 143H Flatbed
Not my best build but satisfid with the results.. A simple but still retaining my subject matter; a weathered truck theme. Made some modification just to make it more interesing than the original kit.

Re: Scania 143H Flatbed
Another fantastic build mate. I love your work. I can look at them for ages looking for the little things you add...(like the Michelin man on the mirror) and the details like the scratches etc around the trailer hitch. Just so dam life like! Fan bloody tastic !!

Re: Scania 143H Flatbed
Excellent. How do you get the paint to peel like that?

Re: Scania 143H Flatbed
Sorry for the late reply. I simply peel of parts of the paint before the paint had time to dry completely. But I suggest you do not use water-based paint as it does not and harden to the same effect. This is just my experiences. I used car spray paints for most of my trucks. They are not arkylic or water-based. I am just referring to the top coat, the last and final color you give your model.zenrat wrote:Excellent. How do you get the paint to peel like that?
