67 Mercury Comet

this is AMT's 67 Mercury Comet, i rekon its a bit of an ugly duckling but the detail in the kit is pretty good, so far i have built the motor and rekon the kit is worth buying for the engine alone,

Cool engine, jezz the front of the car looks a bit ugly. going to be interesting what you do with it.

Although it looks a little square on the front, I reckon it'd be a cool build............I know I've seen far less attractive cars than this!!!

Great work on the engine. Looks like a "Cleveland", or is it a 390 F.E. Very authentic!!

interior is done and chassis, suspension etc all put together.

I believe this kit is very much based on the AMT 66 fairlane (same 390, same chassis, etc.) Both great kits, however I haven't got me one of these yet.
