Saying Gday.
Gday This is my second car build in 30 years.
The first car model I baked in the oven for too long so I cant show it The candy apple paint job was good but the body was a molten flop
Im not happy with the paint on the 32 with the dust and water streaks but It ain't glued together yet so I might have another go with a diy spray booth.
It's a revell 1/25 kit with a few mods.
Minny tubs and what not.
My next build I will need help regarding resin parts and detailing which i am unfamiliar with. I think I have came to the right place to suck brains
I cant post images..
Names Dave. Cheers.

Re: Saying Gday.
Or use the uploader in the post message box, much easier than photobucket i reckon. (first image in the 4th box) host an image.
Then it is basic cut/paste.
OH, and welcome too mate, pick away at as many brains as you like, before they ALL go to mush.

Re: Saying Gday.
Thanks to Dale here it is.
Modified coil overs with solder springs along with solder headers and exhaust.
The paint is Tamiya purple enamel with a clear coat, I'm happy with the paint on the guards straight off the gun but the body not so flash..
Thank god its only a static model as there is no cooling system or breaks. I hope you people like chev powered fords
I hope you like.
Dave.

Re: Saying Gday.
I would put a chevy in anything that had wheels or a prop
As for the wheels I cant remember where I got them or what brand they are! they do look good though.
Thanks again for the help.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and the comments on my build, I did say that I haven't built a car for years but forgot to mention aeronautics and a tank I built for my young bloke as well as a few rc planes. Yeah the torry was good fun Adam...

Torry and Adam wheel info
Hey guys, I just reactivated my account after 9 years! I have been looking at all the cool posts I have missed and saw the one on your purple coupe Torry. If anyone is still interested I think the wheels are Fujimi OZ 17". They came in a few of the Fujimi Koenig kits. You can sometimes find a Fujimi wheel/tire kit with them but they made several styles of OZ wheels (such as Porsche and Lamborghini style) so it is best to check a picture. Anyhow hope this helps even though I am half a decade late to the party! Awesome coupe by the way Torry!
