GMC Wrecker Tow Truck
Hello again mates,
Here's another utility vehicle, a GMC wrecker tow truck, also from revell, and it was completed around the time the snow plow truck completed.
The color is tamiya TS-15 blue and mr hobby gloss clear as a clearcoat.
Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.
Best Regards

Not bad. Would be really good if you weathered it a bit around the crane area.
Do they give you that red string for the cable or was that your addition?

Re: GMC Wrecker Tow Truck
Nice build, well done. I agree with Zenrat, it's a bit too clean around the crane maybe hit it with a wash or something. I pinched some of the boss' picture hanging cable to use as winch cable. It's a twisted/braided wire rope,so right material, right colour, that comes in packets with little hooks from all the hardware joints. Just don't but the shiny gold one.

The red string was my addition, I imagined a steel cable is wrapped with some sort of red rubber.
Thank you for your comments guys.
