Kubelwagon Type 82
I'm only working weekends at the moment and winter is now my model building time of year, I windsurf, surf and pretty much live outside in summer. I don't build much that time of year so i'm building heaps of kits from my stock pile that build up over summer and when i'm working more.
i'll just keep posting finished ones for you guys to check out. also thinking of the next 2 build before i'm half way through a current one so keen to finish the faster.
This one is kinda cool, I was looking through the war section at the Hobby shop in town, and seen this bad boy, its from Hasegawa, pretty sweet kit with heaps of detail and heaps of extra parts like a figure, machine guns etc. and only $25, I guess the war guys aren't into 1/24 scale so much.
I didn't want to go the usual war vehicle route, and i'm sure a stack of these would have ended up beach buggies after the war was over, also love the red baron plane look and it's German like this Type 82 so it fits the theme.
Hooning around on the beach would need a bit more power so I added a webber and custom inlet.
I'm loving doing photo's a lot more these days almost as much fun as building some times

Very nice build and excellent choice of "Style" ! I've done something similar to a Type 82 as well!
