Scrap 'Tire' Container Haul
The container is supposed to be filled to the brim with scrap tires but I did not have sufficient to achieve this. So i'll have to get my hands on some tires that no one has a need for. A little more toning the weathering on the container, behind the cab, and minute detailing and it is done. I think I am 'OK' with the results.

Re: Scrap 'Tire' Container Haul
I'd be more than ok with the results on this one, it's like you snapped your fingers and turned a real one into a 1:24 one. Top shelf as always Tiking.

Re: Scrap 'Tire' Container Haul
G,day mate , you don't need more tyres , before i found models i was a model train freak and the train boys used to make a false floor which meant they would half way down the body glue a new floor and then you only have to fill half the wagon . Which then looked full with only half the amount of stuff .
Re: Scrap 'Tire' Container Haul
Thanks Scummy but I had already gotten the same suggestions some time ago. But i am definately going with tyres all the way. Many have already offered to donate italeri rubber tyres. ☺ So, no need for a false bottom. Thanks for the tip.

Good Lord Tiking, that is absolutely fantastic. I am both amazed and slightly envious of your weathering skills. Love it!

Too kind. No need to be envious though. I am still a work in progress. 😊
