Sleeper-Bug
This is one of those cars you will see pop up on the internet occasionally, usually with people saying WTF !!!
As it drags their euro/exotic cars ass....
My ALL wheel drive '69 VW, is one of those sleepers, usually built in somebody's shed, from bits and pieces they have scavenged,
in this case, probably a written off WRC Corolla..
The guards were widened to accept the wider wheel base, and quite a bit of modifying was done to the chassis, to fit the VW body.
As for engine, it didn't have one, so i made something from scratch, and put in the front... where engines belong..
Added some radiation and made some headers from solder.
The interior is very basic, as is the paint job, as we don't want to give too much away at the lights.. , other than a strange engine note.
Even put the original exhaust tips in, just to fool them into it..

Re: Sleeper-Bug
Neato Burrito! I can imagine it's ass end on the ground, wheels leaning in, with -25 degrees camber as it took off.

Re: Sleeper-Bug
A sleeper indeed. Subtle, perhaps, but a tour de force of modeling! Nice one.
