Well here's a lil sumthin, sumethin, that I have been slowly doing, filld, in the rear door lines, moved the front door post back, scratch built the pannels, channel the frame a whole 1/4 inch inside the body, trade mark smoooooothie job, kit bashed the entire engine to a blown 454 bb, scratch built the dizzy, scratch built the headers from solder, wired just a lil, and the interior will be buckets with crushed black velvet, I'll post all the workup photo's so's you guy's can see whare she started and whare she is at now, she is going back into the paint booth, for better kolor, but as she sit's she is 3 hand mixed shads of dark blue, with aqua blue nose,

Cool! luv the delivery conversion, but she would sure use lotsa petrol getting the groceries!

Very nice job on (what was for me) a disappointing kit.
Glad you removed the huge lumps from the inside of the radiator support panel that the screws went into back when it was a promo.
Any chassis shots or is that still OOB and therefore never to be seen?

Man I had to get rid of those screw post, I hate those things, I don't know why they had to put them on the rad support, as for the frame It's all stock, its all molded one piece with the rear end and, I personally think it's ugly, I personally hate that too, I like multi part frames, I didn't even dremel the stock exhaust, off the thing, painted satin black and said to heck with it.....

Screw posts! I knew that's what they're called but must have been having a senior moment.
When I built this I bought up every cheap late 60's chevy I could find in a search for a decent chassis to put under it. Trouble was if they had a decent chassis then the rest of the kit was too good not to build.
IIRC this one has another 2 of my pet hates. Axle through the engine and chrome headlight lenses.
