67 Mustang Cammer
Was going to enter this in the model of the month but didn't want to upset Paul with my background and as I built this for a mate I can't get anymore pics.
Started as the 67 AMT Muzzy, not sure what the colour is called but apparently it's a Mustang colour. Wheels are from the MAD funny car with goodyear bluestreaks on the rear and Micky T's on the front.
As I had free reign with this one I decided the 289 looked a bit wimpy so I went the old cammer motor with a touch of N.O.S. Boot was hinged and a couple of bottles added.

That's sweet !! you've gotta enter it in MOTM........it's cool and fits the criteria as it's a scale scene.

The AMT 66 Mustang has 4 of them, they also come in the flip nose F100 kit from memory.

Re: 67 Mustang Cammer
Pick me Paul, I use them all the time, I reckon I've done 20-30 models over the years using them ( That's what is under my Gary Myers Muzzy).Paul wrote:Gee's Kane I usually toss those tyres straight into the deepest and darkest junk box!! if you want some I can bring a few to Tumut for you.
Seriously if you have a few spares that need a new home, PM me and I'm sure we can work something out.
Cheers

Re: 67 Mustang Cammer
The only thing i can pick on this Tubman is that the plug wire's should go to the inside of the rocker cover where the dimples are next to the inlet manifold. Bloody nice one though i would have it in my garage.

Re: 67 Mustang Cammer
Firstly Mr Rocket, I built it for a customer and secondly, I don't mind the old Stangs but don't tell anyone
Yeah John, I have since found this out. Next one I do (which could be in G.A.S. #9) I promise to do it right.
