six pot 23 "T# rial
well l got a chance to do some work on this bomb
this basically what it's going to look like
but not sure about the manifold
and have done some work on the block by removing the starter and adding a dipstick tube and also a new vent tube for the oil breather l will be running the dizzy from the front mounted fuel pump
the frame is next
this is a jawbreaker chassis that l have shortened 1 inch
and have made a new roll cage and also a new gearbox mount and new engine mounts and a new front axle mount as well also added a push bar and new diff mounts
and also added new tank mounts
some of the parts l cast are the blower and the SU carbs and the scoop
l did scratch build the blower manifold and the carb manifold
and cast the tires as well
the gearbox is from the partpacks 283
and made a new bell housing from two old rims l had lying around
the body was the tall "T" that been chopped and sectioned down the middle about a 1/4 of an inch and a new top was made with some tuck and roll on either side to give it that sixties feel

Re: six pot 23 "T# rial
Those photos are so cool.
Looks like that metal mountain would weigh a fair bit. I'm guessing you'd need some pretty strong studs to keep it all hanging off the side of that six pot?

Thought so. But I wasn't quite sure enough to say!
I turboed one and put it in a Revell '31.

I've worked with a couple of these in the past and both of them had a brace running from the bottom of the manifold down to either the sump rail or the engine mount

That's one mean ride joe! Love the idea of the blown six instead of the usual V8s. Looking forward to seeing this one develop.
