Ford Mustang Shelby GT-500 '69
Hello, this is one of my oldest kit, a '69Shelby GT 500, I bought this one back in 1994 when I was in junior high.
This kit has been through couple times of rebuilt, at first it was oob and painted with mica blue, and then I changed the color to Gun Metal.
This is the result of the last rebuilt which I did a year ago.
Let me know what you think, and thanks for looking
Cheers,

67 & 68 1/2 Mustangs are my favorite so you got my attention as soon as I saw it. Sweet Ride like the wheels.

Yeah the '67 is definitely a great looking Stang and red is definitely a great colour for them - and you definitely did a great job rebuilding this one. Those wheels really make it.

Re: Ford Mustang Shelby GT-500 '69
Ford USA (but I think that they all did it) use to Release new models of their cars half way through the year rather than the start of the year like they do now. So a car made in march 68 is in fact a 67 body style not the 68 because it was made before the new model was released style hence the 68 1/2
In mid 68 they released the GT500KR ( the King of the Road) The main difference was the substitution of the normal 428 with the Cobra Jet 428
