Hi Guys, this a speedway skeeter im doing for a CBP Build , its 32 ford vicky resin body, scrach built chassis , resin Ardun conversion on the flathead motor . ASA resin wheels & resin hand grooved tyres. resin wing with styrene end plates & front ends from monogram 32 roadster kit . Maybe we could have a CBP build here i find there great fun & get to know each other better & help each other as you post your build pics ,just a thought.. Paul.

Re: SPEEDWAY SKEETER 32 VICKY
Love these speedway cars. Growing up in Warrnambool (western Victoria) there were numerous small country tracks (as was Premier Speedway until it grew up to what it is today), and I always enjoyed the special kind of amature racing at those tracks. Does anyone else remember being able to park your car at the railing and sit in it to watch? Just one question, and I know I'm showing my ignorance here, but just what is a CBP build?

Re: SPEEDWAY SKEETER 32 VICKY
Looks like a serious piece of equipment speedster, i like.
Pete, i can remember those days at Premier. Also the bituman surface at Portland as well. We used too travel down that way regularly from Ballarat each season, long drive when your a kid back in the late `60s & early `70s.
The tri city races were always good value. Warnambool, Portland and Mount Gambier on consecutive nights.

Re: SPEEDWAY SKEETER 32 VICKY
There's something very purposeful about speedway cars, and your model definitely has that look. Well done Paul.
