Re: Suzuki samurai
Looks good Allan , though I was hoping it would be an earlier model , I have a long history with the 2 (LJ20 and LJ20V- V means hardtop) and 3 cylinder (LJ50 and LJ50V) 2 stroke Suzuki's and would love to find a model of one .

Re: Suzuki samurai
mny firtst car was an LJ50 still with the 3cly in it what a great car that was it ended up with a Celica motor and gearbox in it at the end. the LJ's would be easy the build as the side's are all flat sheet. have just droped a vg30dd Nissan V6 in to my old 92 short wheel base Vitra talk about go now.
the model is not a bad kit to build even if its a bit basic. what colour are you going to paint it ?

Just leave it till it's a bit warmer Allan and give it another coat of clear, don't go stripping it just yet.allan wrote:airbrushed it Tamiya acrylic Red X-7,gave it a clear coat of tamiya clear X-22,but been a cold day and paint the clear has gone milky white, its now a waiting game to see if it goes clear again.knew some thing would happened today.
