mach 3 toyota soarer 4.0L V8
well its out of its box and ive done a bit to it i painted some bits n pieces first before i started putting it together like the exhaust system and gearbox and steering arms and wishbones its pretty well detailed right down to the muffler sheilds and resinator that were stock on all the models of the mach 3 even the interior has blown me away i had the choice of a cd stacker or a pal tv and seeing as my old v8 had a tv i went with it instead haha ive had to take a break as my family need to eat so ive gotta cook em something, so i thort while im waiting for stuff to turn black in the pan id put up some pics of my progress thus far

latest update
well i scored some mad wheels off a toy i bought from big W and was testing em out on my projects t osee what would look good with these wheels and well the soarer is the best candidate for them but i might not let em go on it yet lol but heres the pics of what it would look like if i did.
mwahahaha does that look sic or what?? the other shiney bits are from the car i pulled apart theres a blower and exhaust and seats and sports wheel and mirrors which will go on the stude few nos tanks and a fire extinguisher
reminds me of the v8 soarer i used to own lol
this is the little beast i bought and pulled apart its a pontiac GTX bought me to tears to pull it apart but alas i needed them parts for bigger better projects ill buy a kit of it one day to replace it lol

here it is
well here it is my epic fail of a soarer the paints crap the glue peeled paint off at places but apart from that its an accomplishment and i can always come back to it and strip it down and redo it when i got a lil more know how in the years to come...thanks boothy and cmorg and zen for the kind words
a bit of the red paint came off with the glue on my finger and i got that on the sunroof sigh and on the right low beam light, i love the wing tho
i know the mirrors arnt done yet but meh round tuit job see the digital dash? isnt that kool
i opted for a black leather interior in the end as most V8's came with black leather or grey leather and my old V8 had black interior still needs some touching up tho

Re: mach 3 toyota soarer 4.0L V8
well if this is an epic failure then i cant wait to see wot you call a perfect build looks fine to me ok some small imperfections but i find they makem look more realistic to a degree. you must have a real dusty atmosfeer up there or you need to change the kind of cloth you use wen you rub em down cause they look like theres lots of hair and fluf and dust lookin stuff on them youl find if you can get that dust off them they would look unreal mate. i myself dont like massive wings on cars even thow im into drifting myself but it does look at home on the boot so well done
