i was thinking if i had some of the paint left from the frankenstude i might do it that color but with a clear orange over it might look good but hey ho time to get the test shell out of the box and try a few schemes lol

im thinkn of painting it white maybe with a pearl effect no quite sure i always wanted one of these they look like one of the bat mobiles but i wanted a white one they look awesome so yes some serious deliberation will be done before i commit to any color scheme lol

yer the bottom pully is a bit off from where the exisiting pulling system ill have a fiddle around see if i can get it into proportion i was goin to actually cut the pully system off and move it to the right a tad lil bit and put the fan on to obscure any imperfections that may arise

If your coming tomorrow night to the club, i maybe able to find some old pulleys and belts in me collection. Cant be certain ill find one, but its worth a try at least. As for the hatch problem, it shouldnt be to much of a worry. Im sure there'll be a few tricks thrown your way tomorrow night!

I'd just glue the hatch in place. It's mostly "glass" isn't it?

there is glass but the actual hatch bit that the glass glues to then glues to the car itself is warped Sad i was thinking of making a new one out of card while i wait for a reply from the manufacturer

I agree with Boothy. But also sometimes you need to put it down and walk away for a while before you reach for the big hammer.
