47 Chev

Finally got this one finished its a Galaxie Models kit of a 46, 47 or 48 Chev i opted to make it into the 47 (main difference is the grille), i have tried to make this one an Aussie Chev by converting to a right hand drive and the addition of a Hemi 6, the kit was lowered using the parts supplied, interior has got bucket seats a console and carpet added as well as a sports steering wheel, the right hand drive conversion looked pretty straight forward but was a but more complicated than expected, thought that fitting a Hi performance 6 would have been easier than trying to squeeze a V8 in but after this i rekon i should have stuck with a V8!, was hoping to get some pics of this one in bright sunlight to show of the paint but with cyclone Ului going past it may be a while before the sun comes out again.

great build it looks great.
i checked out their web site they have some nice kits.
i also hope that you do not get blown away or flooded out.
