Hemi Hydro Woodie No2 update 2010-07-15

After the first woodie i found veneer in a different colour (teak) ,so i started to build another one.......















Latest photos is after i put on 5 layers with clear and now sanding and after that 10 layers more clear,polishing after 3-4 days.

nice build wish I had thought of that when I built mine might have to keep an eye out for it.

That's a very good looking boat, i got sick of mine after about 2 years of trying on and off and finally squashed it on Saturday. Looking at yours it may have been a mistake.

Not sure what caulk means but if you mean the white stuff between the boards, its tamiya white putty.

Its Revell´s Hemi hydro kit (see first picture) The rest is kind of scratch , engine and interior i found in my partsbox.

Yes you are right. Caulk is what they call it when they seal between the planks on a boat. If it's between tiles then it's grout...
