Hemi Hydro Woodie No2 update 2010-07-15
After the first woodie i found veneer in a different colour (teak) ,so i started to build another one.......
Latest photos is after i put on 5 layers with clear and now sanding and after that 10 layers more clear,polishing after 3-4 days.

That's a very good looking boat, i got sick of mine after about 2 years of trying on and off and finally squashed it on Saturday. Looking at yours it may have been a mistake.

Not sure what caulk means but if you mean the white stuff between the boards, its tamiya white putty.

Its RevellĀ“s Hemi hydro kit (see first picture) The rest is kind of scratch , engine and interior i found in my partsbox.

Yes you are right. Caulk is what they call it when they seal between the planks on a boat. If it's between tiles then it's grout...
