Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
YA sports850, it is diffrent will look cool once built, found out that one could turn it into a ford bus by using the front nose of a 1/25 53 ford F100 flip front pick up,with a little work it would fit one could build a MASH bus. I will be building as is

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
put a bit of colour on it,its Tamiya TS-46 light sand, its close to the molded colour, the colour is flat colour, looked at the yellow on the decals they are pale yellow so now I will have to mix a colour to match

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
Hi allan
This would also look good as a hot rod bus.you could adapt a 32 ford cowl and front grill etc, being that it's 1/32 scale. If anybody has
another one of these i have lot's to trade.Really keen to see this one finished.
Cheers Marshie

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
Marshie have looked at 32 ford its not wide enough or long in enough, the 53 ford F100 flip front would go better, got to pick up rattle can of yellow next week to finish the body.

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
hey allan got an update on this one?
I've also seen on other pages that some people think its makred as an incorrect scale, they seem to think its closer to 1/24, would you agree?
Im thinking about using one in a 1/35 dio

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
It would be to big for a 1/35 dio', Looked at putting a front end from a 1/25 1953 F100 and it will fit on the front with a bit of work, Its been put away for a while, have to remove the very thick paint on it, Used a rattle can on it, I can not control them paint always ends up to heavy.

Re: ISUZU BXD-30 BUS
Will do that for you Brendon will dig it out & put a rule over it, Will look at it again one day Antwon, Oh there is three or four different versions of this bus box art shows them. Also RMR resin has resin bodies of the bus with different front ends on it, He sells them as a 1/25 scale, seen one and its very thick in the sides and heavy. Why I looked at the Ford front for it thought about building the M.A.S.H. bus in army green.
