How about another 32 Ford for something different??
While there's half a million 32 Fords in the Showroom at the moment, I figured this one may as well go up now! Yawn yawn..... more flames.... This one was done as yet another flame tester (promise it's the last one for a while!!) All paint is Tamiya Lacquer with 2K clear. The kit itself is Revell's 32 Sedan, as usual, a great kit! Only mod I made was wheels taken out of Revell's 69 GT500 kit. Very lazy, again, no extra detail.... even too lazy for brakes and tail lights! I will be doing some red & white pinstripes for the back, just waiting on new (hopefully better) decal paper to arrive. Enjoy!
Re: How about another 32 Ford for something different??
All I can say is keep up that lazy attitude, 'cause it's producing some great models. Mate what a ride!

A very nice build Chris
Nothing says hot rod more than a 32 with flames.
Cheers Marshie

Chris,
Who needs little details like brakes and lights when you've got those beautiful flames to look at.
Are the flames over the black or is the black sprayed over the colours and mask ?
Peter.

Re: How about another 32 Ford for something different??
Thanks Guys!
I am going to be even lazier on the next few flame jobs. I've come up with an adjustable generic chassis, so all I need to do is paint the body, whack on the chrome bits, black out the glass and drop it on the "1 size fits all adjust-o-matic chassis" take a few pics and move on! I'll build the rest of them properly at a later date.
Peter, I paint the car black first, then flame over the top. Start with white then yellow, orange & red.
Thanks again for the comments!

Not sure what planet you're on Chris but I will never, ever get sick of seeing a flamed hot rod - especially when they look this good. More, more, more I say!

I look forward to checking out the pin stripe decals - will you be selling these too? I could certainly do with some more in my decal box.

Re: How about another 32 Ford for something different??
Thanks, Guys! Ha Ha, Bryce, just thinking I may need to stop looking like a 1 trick pony! Having said that, there's a good chance I'll be finishing off a flamed 55 Chev tonite.... Will keep you posted on the stripes.
Inventing new words, eh, Rob??
