Pair of 34 Ford Pickups

Here is 2 34 ford pickups that were built some time ago they are the sme kit,the green is painted in tamiya park green,(X-28) the blue ones is tamiya metallic blue (X-13) both are acrylic paint.

The girl is a jimmyflintstones called hooters,the green sould have X-28 not the face,dont know it got there 34s are old lindberg one that were 1-3 build.

Nice work Allan - I like the "Hooters" chick too. Didn't MPC also bring out one of these pick-ups?

These were originally AMT kits ! I've got an old original (It's molded in black, is it original???) awaiting a resto here!

Yup, I believe this one saw first light as an AMT 3 in 1 kit and it had some pretty neat hot rod and kustomising parts.

It was released as a Lindberg kit much later, I never touched it for a long time because of the Lindberg Deuce pick-up wich is pretty crummy. Then once I realised it was from the AMT tool, I grabbed all I could find, but by then of course there weren't many around.

seen the AMT ones,did not get any,the 2 that me got were the lindberg's molded in bright yellow,have to put 3 coats of grey on them to stop yellow caming through.heard that they might be coming out again.

this one up for otherunicorn,he asked about the girl,she is a Jimmy flintstone one. she is still packed away in a box somewere.

thank's,RetrospectKustoms,they were built over ten years ago,got to clean them up and fit some things that have fallen off them ,no worrys otherunicorn had to find them on here.
