Fujimi 80 Series Toyota Landcruiser

I'm trying to clean up the model bench a little with the models that have taken up residence. This cruiser has been on a while too. I sctratch built the bullbar and towbar and modified the back doors of the wagon. One day down the track I'll put some spotties on and a few other things, but for now I'm calling this one done. Back to building aircraft and armour for awhile.

Thanks blokes, I was sort of basing it on my own Landcruiser but it is the wrong model, damn sunroof and a heap of small things. I would have liked to change the wheels too but I only have LAV (light armoured vehicle) tyres and rims in the spares box. I will get another car kit, it's just that I have no idea what to get. I guess I'll know when I see it.

PS. I have had good success with useing AlcladII on the cruiser for all the chrome trims etc, works a treat as long as you like masking.

Oh! and whats with the Kleenex tissues.

Kleenex tissues, yeah I know, left my work stand (when I say work stand I mean 4 compressed air can boxes taped together) at Steve's last tuesaday night, and I took those photos at about 12.30am that so I could post them and then take it to work that next day. The pressure was on, with you about to finish that other model that we must not speak about on this forum(1/24 Airfix Stuka ) I had to pull my finger out and get the cruiser done. And Shoey, you'll be needin' the kleenex tissues when I'm finished with ya.
