this is my next project a Fujimi 240Z, was a lil dissapointed with this kit its a curbside, it does come with an engine and i guess i could open the bonnet but i couldnt b bothered detailing the egine bay so its gunna b a curbside.

cool pocket rocket in the making,there was one down here years ago with a 427 chevy in the engine bay.

Are you sure that river fever hasn't got a hold of you John. As mentioned thats a Jap car, youre a muscle car man. Go the extreme, hinge that bonnet and wack that engine in. Must go talk to Wilson now before he floats away.

I built the hi-po version of this kit a few years ago. Cut open and hinged the bonnet and detailed the engine bay. Was a bit of a nightmare but came up alright - have a look here:

Don't feel you have to cut it open and detail it.
Building a kerbside now and then makes a change when you usually go the full detail route.

Go to it and build it your way. Nothing wrong with a curbside model. What about the interior - much detail in there?

nice colour mate but if ya not going to cut bonnet you wont see it will ya or is the under body fairly detailed ?

underbody detail is good dunno y they didnt do the engine bay and seperate bonnet

Yeah that's why I felt compelled to cut it open - the engine is quite nicely done.
