1:12 scale sand blaster
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PUT ALL THESE PARTS TOGETHER.
1, Revell custom chopper frame
2, Front wheel and forks from a trail bike.
3, Some dune buggy back wheels
4, 1:18 scale 410 sprintcar engine
5, Auto gear box from my parts bin
6, Some scratch building and some detailing
YOU END UP WITH THIS DRAG BIKE.
Gday all this the latest one out of the shed, it went together really well, painted in tamiya light green
Just like to say thanks to Winged Wonders and Marshie for helping me with some of the bits
to build it.
Hope you like.
Cheers homer

Re: 1:12 scale sand blaster
I'd hate to think what would happen if that skinny front dug into the sand??? However it still is an awesome build - unique and unusual. Well done!

Re: 1:12 scale sand blaster
That is soo cool. I love it. You've got a hell'va imagination. And the detail is spot on. Well done homerscustoms.
Imagine a blast on the beach with that thing. I used to ride trail bikes in and over the sand dunes at the Coorong when I was young and stupid/fearless and I can imaging fanging that thing through the sand. You'd probably kill yourself. the bodgie
