I would be raising the back if it is to be a workhorse type of vehicle as it looks with that car on the back. I'd lower the front if it was going to be more a show pony or carrier for some slick machine. So what are his intentions????

Very nice and authentic looking rig. IMO the front could be a bit lower to give it a forward lean speedy look?
